God vs. circumstances

Job 1:20-22

At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship ans said: "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I will depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised. In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.

It's very easy during crisis or situations in life that don't go our way or seem unfair, to complain and believe our opinion rather than our trust of God. Despite Job going through some of the most challenging situations, there was a bigger picture God brought out of them. Job felt the pain, talked with supportive friends but understood who was sovereign. "the Lord gave and the Lord has taken away" is a way of thinking that keeps us in relationship rather than circumstance! Circumstantial believers are less effective in there own lives as well as the lives of others! "God I pray that we as broken believers we can approach you with trust and intimate relation due to the troubles of a fallen world. Knowing that with you we are fulfilled with love, purpose and gratitude in this spiritual warfare. Glory be to God forever and ever, Amen
